This privacy policy applies to the Videa application (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Pure Yazılım Ltd. Şti. (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a Freemium service and is intended for use “AS IS”.

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This includes:

• Device Information: IP address, operating system, and app usage statistics (time spent, pages visited).
• User-Provided Content: To provide core AI features, the Service Provider requires access to your Email and User-Selected Media (Photos, Images, and Videos).
• Text Prompts: The written descriptions you provide to guide the AI generation process.

2. AI Data Processing and Third-Party Sharing

To provide our AI video and art generation features, the Application transmits user-provided content to third-party AI infrastructure providers.

C. Purpose and Protection

Data is transmitted solely to generate the requested AI content. These providers are contractually or legally prohibited from using your personal media for their own independent purposes. We do not use your personal data to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

3. Face Data Policy

The Application may process photos or videos containing faces to apply specific artistic styles or face-swap effects.

• No Biometric Identification: We do not use face data to identify, authenticate, or create biometric profiles of users.
• Processing & Retention: Face data is processed on-the-fly by AI providers. We do not store face data beyond the time required to generate output. Partners must delete such data after processing (typically within 24 hours).

4. Third-Party Access for Analytics and Operations

The Application uses third-party services for analytics, monetization, and stability:

• Infrastructure: Google Play Services, Firebase (Crashlytics & Analytics)
• Monetization: AdMob, AppLovin, Vungle, RevenueCat
• Engagement & Analytics: Facebook SDK, Unity, OneSignal, Amplitude, Mixpanel

5. User Consent and Opt-Out Rights

By using the AI generation features, you explicitly consent to the transmission of your media to AI providers.

• Opt-Out: You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application.
• Data & Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time using the “Delete Account” function within the Application, or by contacting us at support@videa.pureapps.co.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
